This weekend was jam-packed with lots of great activities!
Friday was date night, we went out to eat and watched a movie (see post below).
Saturday started with an early morning breakfast for me, with Melissa and Katie and baby Lars. It was a great morning, celebrating Melissa's birthday, she's now caught up to the rest of us for another year. Breakfast was followed by a 10 mile run with Kim (which went really well!), Lynden took off for the high jump competition with Scott to do some recruiting. The four of us met up again on Lake Minnetonka to enjoy a day out on the lake. It was beautiful out there - sunny all day long. I'm only a slight shade of pink, hopefully that will fade quickly.
Sunday was another active day - we worked out together, then had lunch at the local grocery store deli and did the grocery shopping for the week, putzed around the house and then headed out to Roseville to meet friends for some volleyball practice. We were both so drained from all the sun over the weekend we turned in quite early.
Sorry I don't have any pictures from the weekend. That would have involved a documentation of us in swimsuits and we're not ready to go there yet....
