It's official - Lynden is now a Gopher again! See the press release here that announces Lynden as the new Assistant Coach for U of M Men's Track & Field program.
I've had to keep quiet for a while, until the athletes were notified at Hamline. But we are both really excited for this opportunity for Lynden. He's excited to don the maroon and gold attire again (as you can imagine!), however he has agreed that it will not take over his entire closet.
Hamline has been a wonderful place for him to work, and he has made great friends there. The decision was very difficult to leave that behind. Here's a link to a great recap of Lynden's work at Hamline. But now that the decision making is over and Lynden is ready to coach 'em up at the U.
