Week Recap...

We had a good week with a special Wednesday at home, doing some art. We started with finger painting, moved to coloring and then finished with play-doh - which is why the apron was necessary.

Once Daddy got home, somehow they got the idea that the sled should be tried out indoors. Kilen got some rides, and also gave some rides to the brown bear, Dad's shoes, some paper bags and some legos (Kilen's preferred passengers...)

This weekend we got to test the sled outside - we went for a walk pulling Kilen in the sled and then we all shoveled the driveway together on Saturday night and again Sunday morning. Kilen loves being outside in the snow, shoveling, making snowballs, and throwing snow for Sadie to catch - and then sleeps really well at naptime and night because of it!!! Sorry I didn't have any pictures from our time outside this weekend. Hopefully next weekend we will do it all again.

Other big news in Kilen's world is that he is talking more and more every day. This weekend, he actually said "I love you" - - - we think. Words are starting to get clearer, and he's even trying out some songs these days. He is very much enjoying the fact that he can boss us around - Mamma sit, Get up, Dadda sit right there, Sadie down, Sadie no no no. We'll try to post some video soon.
