Kilen helped coach the Gopher men throwers tonight. He even got to see Micah (Gopher athlete) throw a huge PR and new fieldhouse record in the weight throw! It was very exciting to be there tonight. Lynden appreciated the extra coaching assistance too, Kilen showed everyone how he could throw his hat on the ground and chase it.

Great opportunity for Kilen to share his technique tips to the long and high jumpers on "jumping"!
