We each had to go back to work today after a wonderful week off. We spent 5 days in the state of Washington on Lake Chelan. It's a beautiful mountain lake constantly fed by melting glaciers and mountain snowfall. The water was slightly chilly but still swim-able. We had a great time exploring the town, kayaking and took a boat trip 50 miles uplake to the village of Stehekin which you can only get to by boat.
