How do you like our new carpet? Ha Ha. The carpet has been delayed at the factory, but the pre-work was completed right on schedule.... Dad was here for two days this week to help tear up the carpet, fix the sub-floor and do some tiling for a more kid-friendly hearth in front of the fireplace. So here we are living with a 'towel runner' and some of the living room furniture resides in the kitchen. Should only be for a week and a half. So far only one foot-sliver to report - Lynden got that this morning which prompted the laying of the towels.Meanwhile Lynden's busy in the basement bathroom working on laying new flooring and fixing some wet walls. More pictures when it's done!
